BHHS Taos Real Estate merges with BHHS NM Properties office in Albuquerque

Before you hear it "through the grapevine", Marny and I have merged the BHHS Taos Real Estate office with the BHHS NM Properties office in Albuquerque. We have had close business connections over 20 years with this office and feel extremely comfortable in our decision.

BHHS NM Properties is a strong entity in the HSF network with offices in Las Cruces, Los Lunas, Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Los Alamos and Santa Fe. Being #1 in the Taos market, we see our joint mission as to grow the franchise in northern NM. They are already bringing new technology into our Taos office with a lead generation program that is tailored to us.

Meanwhile, Joel remains as a top producing agent in the Taos MLS as well as, the Qualifying Broker. The big difference is sharing the QB responsibilitites with the NM Properties network. This move has alleviated Marny from the everyday running of the office and accounting.

For you, Joel and his team are working with you as they have been doing for many years. We are making this move as seamless as possible to our brokers and you, our clients.
